This week the lions were spotted again at 2 Boompies down at the Crocodile River, 400m from Khaya Umdani.
It is a huge male and 4 females. They are now regular visitors to this specific spot. A herd of buffalo are grazing nearby, so a kill before the weekend is very possible.
Greetings, Do we have buffalos in Marloth Park again? I thought that they were removed years ago due to "foot in mouth".

ReplyDeleteYou are correct, but these buffalo were down at the Crocodile River (Kruger's side) not in Marloth self.
The lions killed an impala on Sunday morning down at the Crocodile river, same place!
